In this role you will provide 1st line support to clients across the country via phone and email. You will have a good understanding of programming functions of the company products and know when to escalate problems to the relevant departments. You will provide an excellent service to all clients and ensure problems are resolved ASAP.
The ideal candidate will be technically minded graduate with a good understanding on a variety of RF systems and be looking for additional technical training and career progression.
