A well established Building Services Consultancy that has been operating over 15 years, has recently made further expansion from its existing office in the North East to a second office in the East Midlands. This second office has captured the market well, continuing to gain good volumes of work with further expansion anticipated in the near future. This company provides a broad range of services which include; MEP Design, Sustainable Design, EPC's and thermal modelling. The company also provides to a wide range of sector types; commercial, education and healthcare.
Your new role
You will be working as a Junior/Graduate Electrical Design Engineer and will be trained to be involved in the full spectrum of Electrical Design Engineer role. Therefore, your duties will include; preparation of drawings using systems such as an autocad, Working through specifications of the clients and using good communication skills to talk them through their considerations. Collaboration will be required, talking through with other colleagues on best to plan, distribute and talk through projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have gained relevant Electrical qualifications with a genuine interest in working in building services. Use of systems such as AutoCAD and Revit would also be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a competitive salary: £20,000 – £30,000 and 24 days annual leave and bank holidays
