If you're an IT Graduate (or equivalent) who has an interest in managing a companies ERP systems, inputting volumes of stock data and someone who enjoys project work, then we have an ideal opportunity for you.
Working for an extremely successful and Global business, you'll be updating their ERP system, ensuring data integrity and assisting with the running of new projects.

Job Title: IT Graduate to be trained as an ERP Specialist
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
Location: Lympne, near Ashford, Kent
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
The day to day responsibilities in your new job would be to:
Input product information
Create product records, inventory adjustments and bill of materials
Ensure the system is posting the correct transactions
Write configurator options for constructing products
Monitor inventory through the manufacturing process to track stock
Write guides and policies for other users of the system
Investigate unused functions in the system and find new processes to help other departments or improve efficiencies
Use SQL coding to interrogate the database and produce datasets
Implement controls in the ERP System
Plan for the implementation of new projects
Test patches and upgrade the current system
Identify ad resolve malfunctions within the system by liaising with the ERP provider
Provide technical support to internal customersPlease note 80% of this role is Data input and 20% is project work.
You'll be the ideal candidate for this role if you have:
Excellent attention to detail when inputting information on to systems
Knowledge of ERP systems
A familiarity with SQL would be an advantage
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
An eagerness to learn and understand manufacturing processes
