HNC / HND Graduate Civil Technician – Required for our client based just outside Bolton in Greater Manchester. The Graduate Civil Technician will be working for accompany that design roads and sewers together with Flood Risk Assessments and drainage strategies, for a number of residential developers across the north of England. The Graduate Civil Technician will join a small office of 8 friendly people, but part of a company with over 60 staff across 3 offices.

Design of roads and sewers
Compiling Flood Risk Assessments and drainage strategies
Working beside residential developers across the north of England
Prepare Drainage drawings using AutoCAD
Work closely with the design teams
Provide technical support to the project engineers.

Ideally a HND or HNC within a Construction or Civil Engineering
Experience with the use of AutoCAD
Excellent communicator with ability to answer technical queries from Clients and Contractors
Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to be confident and pro-active in liaising with clients
Strong attention to detail a
