The Company
My client is a market leader within the development and production of safety critical systems to the transport industry and are a leading supplier to OE manufacturers, they are looking to recruit a Customer Systems Support Engineer to join their engineering team based in Bristol to support the ongoing projects they are working on in 2022.
The Role
The role will work as part of a small team to support our clients customers with the integration and application of their systems through the full testing process which are for commercial vehicles.
This is a varied role where no day will be the same, and you will be involved with the test work on clients vehicles, and also the test planning with the customer, technical report writing and follow up of any issues with the customer.
The role will also involve travelling to client's sites within the UK, and also to vehicle testing sites with some overnight stays required which will be fully expensed by the client.
Candidate Specification
Educated to degree level
Understanding of vehicle CAN (Controller Area Network) desirable (J1939 an advantage)
CANalyzer knowledge (preferred)
Diagnostic software experience
