Graduate UI/UX Designer

We are looking for you to join us as a UI/UX Designer to help us bring a fresh look and feel to our market leading digital care system. Working collaboratively with others, both internally and across our customer userbase, you will be key to the design of new and innovative products as well as the ongoing design and refresh of our current products. You will be joining our Product team which will be a great opportunity for a recent graduate to build their UI/UX design career in successful and innovative company.
What you'll do:
Create user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups
Gather and translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
What you'll bring:
A recent qualification in UI/UX design
A portfolio of UI/UX design projects, which shows evidence of:
Gathering and using quantifiable feedback from engagement with users and conduction of user testing
Engagement with user/stakeholder requirements and representing the different personas into design concepts
Designing solutions across multiple platforms
Designing mobile-first interfaces and experiences
Excellent visual design skills
Confidence to present ideas throughout the design process, and receive feedback from stakeholders in a constructive manner
Proven work experience (industry placement or similar) in a UI/UX role or team and Agile environments would be beneficial
Understanding of the of the Health or Social Care sectors would be an advantage
