Job Title: Graduate Transport Planner

Location: Bristol

Salary: £20,000 – £22,500

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Graduate Transport Planner to join the Bristol-based team of a nationwide transport planning consultancy. The role will involve training in the field of transport planning, whilst providing technical input to projects from site identification through to implementation.

Candidate Specification:

Degree level education (Geography, Transport Planning);
Any experience with GIS, Excel, AutoCAD, Arcady or Picady;
Strong communication & presentation skills;
Any prior transport planning experience would be beneficial;
Strong report writing skills;
A desire to develop a career in transport planning.Your responsibilities will involve (but not restricted to):

Production of transport assessments & statements;
Feasibility studies;
Preliminary designs;
Junction capacity modelling;
GIS Mapping;If successful, you will join a specialist team in Bristol, who have developed a strong reputation within the market over the past 20 years. You will work closely with senior members of the team, giving you a great opportunity to learn from highly skilled professionals from the industry alongside the completion of training qualifications.

You will earn a starting salary of up to £22,500, plus a company benefits package, with training and developmental support offered throughout.
