Graduate – Training Coordinator


£21,000 – £23,000

We require a super organised individual to provide all aspects of coordination and organisation to the Training Department. You must be an efficient multitasker who can adapt to everchanging requirements and priorities.

This role would be an ideal fit for a recent graduate with some work experience, excellent Excel skills, an analytical and technical mind to take ownership of a Learning Management system. You must be reactive and proactive in this role, come across problems and have the initiative to think outside the box and come up with solutions.

The salary offered is dependent on experience and after a successful probation period, an additional bonus payment will be introduced along with exceptional company benefits. Key responsibilities of the Training Coordinator will include but are not limited to:

Provide support to both internal and external users on how to book training
Monitor and respond to enquiries, registrations and course bookings via email
Arrange hotel bookings and travel arrangements for delegates, ensuring delegate satisfaction
Liaise and coordinate with all other departments to ensure smooth running of training sessions
Proactively look for and make recommendations for process improvements
Work with the training team to ensure that all new course materials are current
Maintain documentation integrity to ensure accuracy, quality, version control, and distribution processes
Provides technical support to all user communities which includes e-mail, phone support and training mailbox inquiries
Accurate recording of delegates – arrivals/no-shows/cancellations
Provide data analysis of evaluations data from candidates
Provide regular reports as required

The Training Coordinator needs to be:

Good standard of education and high command of English both written and verbal
Excellent planning and organisational skills; able to manage multiple tasks
Be an excellent communicator, face to face, phone and email
Intermediate MS Office skills to include Excel for reporting – pivot tables, v look ups
Able to clearly articulate issues and propose recommendations
Commercial minded and able to initiate process improvement
Agile in approach to work and can balance priorities and outputs
Open-minded, progressive and have a fast-paced can-do attitude
Experience of working with Learning Management Systems would be an advantage
