Are you an aspiring Health and Safety Advisor with an understanding of Design drawings looking for an autonomous and varied position offering full training where you will be responsible for compliance and ensuring that sites are following CDM regulation within a market leading company who offer a clear progression structure to Principal Designer?
This company are a well-established Construction company who have continually grown since their establishment in 1998 whilst retaining a loyal client base. They have major aims of growth within their sector and are now looking for a new Health and Safety Advisor to assist with pre-construction work.
This is an autonomous role where you will be responsible for compliance to CDM regulation for pre-construction sites. Your role will involve site checks, management of processes and liaison with architects, senior management and clients.
As the company continues to develop there are aims to grow the department and with this comes the opportunity to progress to Principal Designer.
This role would suit an aspiring Health and Safety advisor looking for an autonomous and varied position where you can technically progress and further your skillset within a market leading company who offer full training and a clear progression structure to Principal Designer.
The Role:
* Split between site work and office based
* Ensuring sites are in line with CDM regulation
* Quality and Health & Safety checks
* Full Training provided
* Liaison with clients, architects and design team
* Opportunity to progress to Principal Designer
The Person:
* Looking to build a career in Health and Safety
* Health and Safety / Construction Qualification
* Knowledge of Design drawings and CDM regulation
* Full Driving Licence- willing to travel
* Commutable to Birmingham
