Graduate Trainee, Financial Planning: I am recruiting an exceptional Graduate who is looking for a long-term career in Financial Planning, to enter Citywide Financial Partner’s Graduate programme where you can make a significant contribution to this small and aspirational company from the outset. Working in a collaborative and supportive financial planning team the successful Graduate Trainee will have exposure to the full range of business activities from day one, contributing to the delivery of an exceptional financial planning service. After your initial training and completion of probation period you will be enrolled on a suitable Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) approved Apprenticeship Programme, where you will benefit from the training and support required to become Level 3 or 4 qualified.
The Graduate Trainee will enjoy a full training and development programme which includes fully funded learning workshops, tutorials and exams, CII membership and the support from both a workplace mentor and an assigned tutor, providing both on and off the job training. From this training programme there is a career pathway to become a Chartered Financial Planner, if this is where your long-term career aspirations lie.

Graduate Trainee, Financial Planning, Requirements:
* A strong record of academic achievement (2:1 degree in any subject and a minimum of 120 UCAS points / BBB or equivalent), keen to learn and sit professional exams.
* A commitment to a career in Financial Planning – experience gained in an IFA or Wealth Management is a ‘nice to have’ but is not essential.
* Able to demonstrate a strong work ethic; enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive with the ability to prioritise and organise workload to deadlines.
* An excellent team player, caring and empathetic, able to listen to, and build relationships with others as well as capable of working independently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and professionalism necessary to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Highly numerate and IT Literate, with strong analytical skills and fanatical attention to detail.
* The unrestricted right to work in the UK.
