Our client, an established Town Planning Consultancy are urgently looking for a Graduate Town Planner to join their established team in Southampton. The successful candidate can expect to work on a variety of residential, commercial and mixed use schemes.
Qualifications and Experience:
For this role applicants are sought with a relevant planning related degree (RTPI accredited) and ideally some planning experience within a consultancy environment.
Responsibilities:
Within the role the successful Graduate Town Planner will be working to deliver planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
