Join a large planning practice in Cheshire and help provide a full range of planning services including planning applications, appeals, planning appraisals and development promotion to a range of clients that include private individuals and national developers.
The company has been successfully been trading for 20 years and takes a pragmatic approach in all that they do and has an enviable track record of positive outcomes from applications, appeals, and related planning matters. The company employs a balanced workforce of 30 staff and is involved in a true mix of interesting projects. Projects vary in size and complexity and fall into multiple sectors such as Residential, Leisure & Tourism, Commercial, Retail, Education, Healthcare, Listed Buildings and Green Belt.
In order to apply, you should hold a Town Planning degree (or similar), ideally some existing planning experience (public or private sector) and eligibility to apply for MRTPI. You should have strong communication skills, hardworking, a team player with a commercial mindset. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
