Graduate Tender Associate – German Speaker
Office based in Basildon with some International Travel. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to work with international team at Atnahs. Atnahs is a fast-growing pharma company who acquires mature established branded pharmaceutical products from large cap pharma companies, develop own niche generic medicines in-house and market those globally.

Reporting to the Tender Manager, you will support all tender activities from the initial stage to completion, collaborating with regional general managers, our distribution partners and external consultants. Supporting the preparation of the offer documents and coordination of local partners/team for tender participation, reporting and forecasting. You will also support the development of strategic tender products and optimisation of our product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Searching and reviewing new business opportunities, ensuring we are alerted to all new tender opportunities.
Preparing requests for quotation" (RFQ) documents including products, services, quantities, delivery deadlines, terms and conditions.
Supporting the tender preparation process internally and managing all third parties involved in the process.
Calculation of offers taking into account the individual tender strategy / tactics and tender discount provisions
Preparation the final submission to the customer, technical documentation, pricing proposals, commercial leaflets, sample requirements.
Developing a time schedule plan to meet the relevant milestones.
Working closely with the supply chain, regulatory and artwork team to ensure stock availability for the markers as agreed.
Creation of forecast scenarios and business cases for identified opportunities, budget and supply chain planning.
Development of the tender business case for each project, ensuring target profit rates are maintained.
Search and evaluate the local and international competitors' status.
Collating, analysing data and market feedback on pricing and product availability.
Participation to business intelligence projects to improve budget planning, strategic planning and operational rolling forecasts.
Testing new functionalities and providing feedback to software developers.What we are looking for:
A degree (BA, BSc) in Business, Mathematics, Science, Economics or a similar.
Fluency in German is an essential requirement and only candidates with proven full working proficiency will be considered for the position.
An interest in pursuing their career in a commercial environment.
A high degree of IT literacy with a thirst for understanding and mastering new technology.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
An analytical and questioning mind – prepared to challenge the norms.
High standards of written communication, verbal, numerical and inductive reasoning.
Skill in analysis and problem solving.
Flexible and willing to travel.
