The Role – Graduate Technical Support Engineer, X-Ray Metrology Instrumentation
This market leader seeks to recruit a technically motivated and customer focused Graduate Technical Support Engineer responsible for:
Second line technical support on semi-conductor instrumentation
The service, installation, repair and general maintenance of their range of highly advanced metrology tools at customer sites
Providing technical support and customer training
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Your Background – Graduate Technical Support Engineer, X-Ray Metrology Instrumentation
To succeed in this exciting role you must be able to demonstrate:
PhD or Masters in engineering, physics, electronics or mechatronics
Capability to learn quickly and understand complex technical topics
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with external customers and internal departments
