Key responsibilities in this Team PA / Office Assistant role include:
* Extensive diary management for a team of 6
* Responsibility for the day to day activities of a busy team
* Booking meeting rooms, preparing meeting agendas and joining team meetings when necessary
* Organising office events and coordinating team socials
* All travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car bookings, visas and currency etc.
* Liaising with clients and stakeholders as necessary
* Assisting in the collation and preparation of presentations and documentation
* Project management
* Research

What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a dynamic and busy Team PA / Team Assistant / Client Administrator role (even if only 6 months)
* Impeccable organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* Confident, charismatic and warm personality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment
* PC literate including all MS Office packages, iMac knowledge is beneficial
* Strong work ethic and good business acumen, with a ‘can-do’ attitude
* Dynamic, personable and proactive team player
* An interest in the retail and consumer industries and entrepreneurship is beneficial
