To start at the earliest opportunity the school is looking to invest in its additional support staff by bringing in several talented graduates who will support students through the different phases of their schooling.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidates will support classroom activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
They will assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
Contributing to the development of engaging lesson plans and learning materials.
Fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements:
Strong degree (any subject) and genuine passion for education
A genuine passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
Flexibility and adaptability to work across different settings (Infant, Junior, or Secondary).=
