Responsibilities:
Your role as a Teaching Assistant will include:
Providing ongoing support to classroom teachers
Conducting one-to-one or small group sessions with students
Delivering tuition and booster sessions for pupils with varying abilities or EHC Plans
Facilitating reading sessions and offering support in numeracy and literacyQualifications and Attributes:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
A Bachelor's Degree
Demonstrable experience working with students (e.g., Youth Work, Teaching Assistant, University Ambassador, Graduate Tutor, etc.)
