Teaching Assistants Required

£87-£99 per day
The Supply Register is currently working in partnership with the Ark Trust of schools and are looking to appoint a number of enthusiastic and passionate teaching assistants for one of their fantastic academies – Ark John Keats Academy.
We are seeking individuals with experience across different key stages and who is open to working with the different year groups.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate, confident in their abilities to work independently with pupils but also be able to work collaboratively with other support staff and teachers to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
Responsibilities
Aid students with classroom work and tasks
Effectively manage pupils behaviour and ensure that disruptive behaviour is kept to a minimum
Work alongside the class teacher and other support staff to ensure students are hitting their targets or they are adjusted accordingly
Provide feedback on student progress for parents/ caregivers
Help to set up activities/ tasks for pupils as needed
Requirements
Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a childcare related role is essential for this role
Must have the right to work in the UK and be based here
Must hold an enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be willing to process one
Must be able to provide a minimum of 2 references to cover the last 2 years of employment or study periods
