Are you passionate about working with primary children and dedicated to making a positive impact on their education? We are currently seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team as Graduate Primary School Teaching Assistants at TimePlan Education.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in education, Early Childhood Studies, or a relevant field
* Experience working with primary school-aged children, either through previous teaching assistant roles, volunteering, or related activities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with young learners.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development. * Organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic classroom environment.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
* A positive and proactive attitude towards teamwork and collaborationResponsibilities:
Support the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Assist with planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities for primary school students. * Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
* Help students with their reading, writing, mathematics, and other subject areas as required.
* Foster a supportive and nurturing atmosphere that encourages students' personal and social development.
* Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining discipline.
* Collaborate with the teaching team to assess student progress and provide feedback.
* Contribute to the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.Benefits:
