Interviewing immediatelyJoining this brillinat secondary school, as a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will be supporting full-time within your subject specialism department across Key Stage 4 & 5. You will be tasked with providing additional support to individual pupils or small groups to enable them to overcome barriers to learning and make or exceed expected levels of progress.
The school are looking for a passionate core subject graduate who has earned a second-class degree or better and a good understanding of how to work with children based on experience gained from a similar role. You should have the capability to effectively get your points across to both students and staff alike to establish clear lines of communication.
