GSL Education are currently looking for a graduate Teaching Assistant to join one of our ‘Good’ Ofsted rated primary schools in Tower Hamlets. The school is looking for a dedicated teaching assistant (TA) who will be working across classes in small groups and 1:1 with children with special needs. This will be working in a warm, supportive school who are looking to develop an enthusiastic graduate in their career.
Details of Graduate Teaching Assistant role:
Assisting with small group activities in classroom
Delivering 1:1 sessions with SEN children
Able to assist a Phonics group
Commit to TA role in Tower Hamlets
Graduate TA Specification:
Looking for a graduate teaching assistant who is proactive , tries their best to support the pupils and someone who is willing to develop
Able to be flexible to work in a range of classes and provide 1:1 support to pupils when required
Previous school based experience is beneficial but not essential
Someone who is willing to learn
Experience or understanding supporting children with special needs will be desired
