We are currently looking for 3 – 5 Graduate Teaching Assistants to work within a mixed mainstream secondary school based in Brent. This school are taking on Teaching Assistants to start in May 2020, however there is a chance for the role to start in May if the needs within school have risen. The role will be full time and for the whole academic year.

The position is perfect for individuals who have an interest in education, teaching and genuine passion to support and improve the learning experience of children and young people. It is ideal that you have experience within schools or in a setting with children.

To be considered to work at this outstanding school you must establish the following:

Experience working confidently with children or young people
Support pupils 1:1 or in a group setting
Strong levels of professionalism and enthusiasm
Good understanding of the curriculumThis school is rated 'Good' by their recent Ofsted inspection and are on the route to becoming Outstanding. Requirements to apply:

Education: Up to Degree Level
Ideal to have experience within schools or in a child-based setting (e.g. tutoring)
Some understanding/experience in Special Educational Needs
Strong understanding of safeguarding.
