I am currently working with several schools who are looking for talented graduates. It would be an advantage if your subject background is in Maths, English or Science to support in the school.
Schools do need graduates however in all backgrounds, with a high need for sports and MFL.

Your role will be in your department managing support for students struggling with the subject as well as providing general classroom support. As an aspiring teacher you will be given opportunities as a Teaching Assistant to support small group intervention in your subject area and provide extra revision support to students in the lead up to GCSE/ A-Level exams.

>> Enthusiasm and Confidence to work with Students
>> Experience working with students/children
>> Two recent references – can be education or work related
>> DBS on the update service – or willing to gain one for £44.00
>> Professional mannerism
>> Excellent communication skills with both Teachers and Students
