Graduate Teacher Worcestershire – The Role … no two days are ever the same!
Overseeing students in the completion of pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher
Ensuring students remain on task and manage behaviour in the classroom
Building positive relationship with pupils across all year groups
Assist with other duties (eg: registrations, break/ lunchtime duties)
Graduate Worcestershire – Requirements:
Enthusiastic, good sense of humour, confident, patient
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptable with good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
Resilient, reliable and versatile
Hold either a degree or experience of working with children (eg: TA, LSA, mentor, sports coaching, youth work)
Eligible to work in the UK
Possess an enhanced DBS certificate that is registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for a new one
