Key Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Teacher with Smile Education, your role will be diverse and dynamic, allowing you to explore various aspects of the education sector. Your responsibilities may include:
Classroom Support: Providing support to teachers in delivering engaging lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment for students.
One-to-One Support: Assisting students with their learning needs, providing additional support where required.
Cover Teaching: Occasionally stepping into a teaching role on a day-to-day basis to cover for absent teachers.
Building Relationships: Establishing positive relationships with teachers, school staff, and students in the schools you support.
Learning and Development: Continuously developing your teaching skills, classroom management techniques, and educational knowledge.
Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to work in various school settings, from primary to secondary schools, and across different subjects.
Long-Term Opportunities: Exploring the possibility of more extended, ongoing roles within schools if the right fit is identified.Qualifications and Requirements:
