Bell Cornwall Recruitment are currently seeking experienced In-House Recruiters for a new & exciting opportunity – to be based in Birmingham, but the successful candidate will be travelling across the UK to other offices.
Key responsibilities include:
Building strong stakeholder relationships – both internally & externally
Playing a key role in designing and implementing the graduate & apprentice recruitment strategy
Successfully promoting the brand across educational institutions
Building positive brand awareness
Managing on-campus activities and ambassadors
Being responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle for graduates and apprentices – including assessment centresIdeal candidate profile:
Prior experience in a graduate recruitment role – working for blue chip organisations
Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with educational institutions
Comfortable managing stakeholders at all levels
Energetic, influential but personable
Excellent communication skills
