Our client’s Operational Graduate Development Programme aims to train graduates how to effectively design and test bespoke computer systems. You don't have to be clued up on coding and programming to perform this role. All you need is an interest in technology and the desire to turn your interest into a career! 

As a Graduate Systems Analyst, once you have obtained the necessary training, you will help to develop the company’s operational business systems, travelling nationwide to do so!  Our client offers a unique package to the successful candidate –

As a Graduate Systems Analyst, you’ll adeptly liaise with professionals at varying levels of seniority throughout the company. The successful graduate will analyse process and seek to streamline these processes at every available opportunity. You’ll influence every stage of the design and implementations processes, identifying how functionality can be improved across all of the company’s systems.

Equally comfortable interacting with external software development partners as you are with the internal testing team, you will –          

The Role:

Visit various company locations nationwide to obtain a thorough understanding of the business and the IT systems in place
Liaise with professionals at all levels of seniority within the company in order to evaluate IT processes
Take a lead on designing and implementing new systems
Present and pitch system improvements succinctly and clearly across the company
Liaise with external software partners and the internal testing team to ensure the delivery of quality solutions

Educated to degree level in a business orientated discipline
Commercial acumen with an interest in technology
Mathematical aptitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ambitious and driven
A full, UK driving licence
