Leading Surveying Consultancy with offices across the UK are looking for a Graduate Surveyor to join the business academy in Warrington, receive full training including starting their APC and get the opportunity to work with some of the biggest Telecoms Suppliers in the world.
The Graduate Surveyor will support Senior Acquisition Surveyors of the business assisting customers with the acquisition of land and/or buildings and then actively helping with contract management, planning applications indirectly and cost negotiation.
To apply the Graduate Surveyors will ideally come from a Built Environment academic background such as planning, estate management, land management or property management, with any commercial experience in the property arena being of particular interest.
Academic experience via modules in land management or site acquisition would all be beneficial, but specific training on the sector is expected.
