Our client a multi-million pound Planning and Design Consultancy with offices across the UK, are looking for a Graduate Surveyor to work on the acquisition side of their business.
Based in Warrington, the primary objective of the position will be to work with leading network operators identifying land or buildings that can be utilised for Telecom Towers and then taking the client through the acquisition process.
Mainly office based, the role once a site has been identified/approved will involve cost and contract negotiation, the design process, planning applications and dealing with local authorities. You will work closely with the design and project management team ensuring the customer is kept informed of project developments until the design, budget and contracts are approved.

To apply the successful Graduate Surveyor will ideally hold a degree and/or masters that is recognised by the RTPI or RICS. Other degrees/masters would also be of interest if the desire to work in the Build Sector is apparent.
