Becoming a Graduate Cloud Analyst with Capita IT and Networking

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for recent graduates to join this newly formed, cutting edge team working out of our Sheffield office. Working alongside talented and knowledgeable engineers this post provides an array of opportunities to learn and develop a myriad of transferrable skills whilst applying current knowledge and skills gained whilst studying.

Within this role you will be tasked with deploying, monitoring and supporting workloads in a cloud based environment, working as part of a wider team you will support the customer base and ensure that operations are live and functioning correctly at all times

What you will do:


Ensuring customer-facing site is functioning and operating within user expectations

Building, supporting and maintaining solutions deployed on the Microsoft Azure platform

Working closely with SRE Engineers in other regions

Continually improve their knowledge of AWS, Azure and other cloud infrastructure

Working closely with development engineers who build the product

Your experience will include:

* Graduated in the last three years with a minimum of a 2:2 at degree level in a computer science based degree


Decent working knowledge of Windows & Linux operating systems

Motivated to work quickly and accurately under pressure in time-critical situations

Familiarity with at least one scripting or programming language

Ability to quickly learn new technologies

Good problem-solving and communication skills
