Techniche Global is working with and engineering defence contractor to appoint a Graduate Support Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic IT Graduate to join their service team, reporting to the Service Desk Manager within Digital Solutions you will be responsible for creating, customising and administering Oracle Portals within our collaborative working environment which supports MOD and industry Ships and Submarine IT users.
Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a recent IT Graduate who has some knowledge of Oracle.
You’ll be adaptable and won’t be phased by changing priorities, actively seeking new ideas and techniques to take us forward into the future. Appointment to this post is subject to National Security conditions governed by the Ministry Of Defence.
What will you be doing?
Provide day to day support by creating, customising and administering Oracle Portals primarily for the Maritime CWE environment and associated infrastructure based in Bristol.
Work with Stakeholders and the business to understand their requirements and to translate them into Oracle Portal deliverables.

Creating, Editing, and Managing Portal Pages and Portal Assets. The experience you’ll bring:
A recent IT graduate with familiarity with Oracle 12c, ITIL best practices and ISO20000.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and is capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines.
Customer focused
Can use their own discretion in resolving problems within their domain
You must be prepared to work occasional evenings and / or weekends during release cycles. You must be eligible/capable of achieving ‘Security Check’ (SC) clearance
