A leading financial software consultancy based in Leeds is looking for a Graduate Software Implementation Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will take new business and existing clients through the full onboarding process, helping to configure their requirements and advising them on best practice. This is a challenging and fast-paced environment and you should be comfortable working directly with customers.
As the Graduate Software Implementation Consultant your role will include the following duties, amongst others;
Onboarding new business customers to the SaaS platform; gathering requirements and managing the process of onboarding onto the platform,
Configuring the system to fit requirements
Project management, liaising with key stakeholders both internally and externally
Ensuring deadlines and key milestones are met
Work consultatively with new customers to develop their strategy and vision for using the platform and work with the development team to configure the systems to meet their criteria
Talking the client through the software, making suggestions on the best way to use it, offering insight and guidance on the platform
Trouble-shooting problems and liaising with developers to solve technical problems
Once onboarded, you will be training customers on how to use the platformTo be considered for the Software Implementation Consultant roles with this client, you will have the following skills and experience;
A BSc/ Science graduate with experience using MATLAB or similar coding languages
Or a graduate from any discipline with a passion for Software and some experience of using coding, XML or JSON
Capable and passionate about technology and software; the ability to understand tech in order to solve technical problems and provide technical solutions
Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships with clients and guide them through the onboarding process
A strong problem solver, troubleshooting customer issues during implementation
Ideally some knowledge of RDBMS & SQL relationship databases (Oracle, DB2 and MS SQL Server) For a role of this nature we have to be particular in the skills and experience we are looking for, so without the above-mentioned experience your CV will not be considered and you need to apply
