Our Dorchester based client is looking to grow their development team with the addition of a Graduate Software Engineer.

They are looking for a candidate with a Technology / Development based degree who is passionate about Software Development – this is a fantastic opportunity to kick start your career within Technology.

Our client has a training programme in place for candidates who have not worked in the Telecommunications software industry previously.

Main Duties:

The role will cover all aspects of the software lifecycle:

Bug fixing
Providing technical backup to the support team
Design and Development
Defining tests and new software developmentIdeal Candidate:

Applicants will need high levels of energy, coupled with a logical and structured approach to problem solving; you will be passionate about technology and delivering change.
You must be able to work in a standalone Agile Engineering environment.
You must be pro-active and conscientious with excellent organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The candidate will be team orientated as well as open to learning and sharing knowledge.
