A travel technology business that manages software for customers such as KPMG, PWC and Shell, our client is firmly established – but still enjoying continuous growth! They cater to clients across the globe and continue to show innovation in everything they do. They are looking for a dynamic STEM Graduate to join their team in this pre sales/technical support role.

You will be a product expert in the multi-faceted operation of our client’s software, as well as providing consultancy and assistance to their customers. For example, you will help customers with product functionality, problem solving and day to day operations. Reporting to the Engagement Manager, you will have continued support to ensure your progression.

 Key responsibilities:

Receive client service requests via the ikare portal regarding product configuration, functionality or complex issues and fully diagnose the issue and respond within the established SLA's 
Resolve customer issues, escalating them to relevant people where necessary
Manage customer requirements for enhancements with Product management
Ensure customer inquiries and requests are dealt with in keeping with the client’s ethos
Maintain accurate, high quality and timely documentation for all steps and activities undertaken in order to resolve customer issues/questions
Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company, competitors and their respective service offerings
 You:

Educated to degree level in an STEM related subject (Ideally IT)
Ability to think in a process driven/problem solving manner with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
Excellent Team Spirit/Player
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated
