About the Role:
This mainstream primary school in the heart of Fulham is Ofsted rated "Outstanding" are recruiting for multiple SEN Teaching Assistants across EY up to KS2 to join their SEN base. This role with entail responsibilities of leading literacy, numeracy, 1:1 and behaviour interventions along with supporting the SEN teacher with creating lesson plans.

Specification:
Previous experience of supporting a variety of SEN: Autism, Down's Syndrome, Challenging Behaviour
Plan and deliver interactive 1:1 lessons on Phonics, Literacy and Numeracy
Have an understanding and experience of intervention programmes
Ability to offer academic support
Dedicated to supporting SEN
Previous experience of working towards IEPs / EHCPs
Excellent communication skills
Flexible across year groups – EY – KS2
Excellent group and behavioural management skills
