A Forward thinking, modern ‘Outstanding’ primary school in Ealing are looking to take appoint an experienced graduate Learning Support Assistant, who has a passion for education and the calm and patience to support a KS2 student on a 1:1 basis who has mild to significant Global Delay.

The Graduate SEN TA Person Specification
The ideal candidate would be a patient and enthusiastic professional who ideally has prior experience working with Primary school children with SEN, additional needs or indeed Global Delay. They will be able to use their caring attitude and supportive nature to provide a happy, positive learning environment for the student. You must have the skills to minimise any disruption in class which will allow focus on the tasks at hand, so strong behaviour management skills are preferred and very welcomed. The school are hoping for a graduate who is able to use their easy-going manner to develop strong bonds with colleagues and productive relationships with their students. The Graduate SENTA Role
As a KS2 Graduate SEN TA, you will be working on a 1:1 basis with a KS2 student who displays signs of Global Delay. The require someone to work with them closely to ensure they get the most out of their time at the school and maximise their progress.
