As a pivotal member of the Life Sciences team, you will focus on sourcing highly qualified scientists for the roles we are recruiting throughout the UK and further afield. Following full training you will utilise your scientific knowledge and a broad range of resources, including numerous job boards, LinkedIn, advertising, candidate databases and social media to identify candidates for a diverse range of job roles. As well as sourcing the right talent for open vacancies, you will develop your own professional network and broaden your understanding of the latest techniques and technologies in the scientific community. You will also be immersed in the broader business – gaining exposure to business development, marketing and account management, as well as day to day office activities. This is a unique opportunity where following full training you will be given a large amount of autonomy and opportunity to develop your own niche – ideal for a self-starter looking to have real input into their company!
We are seeking an outgoing, proactive, ambitious science graduate with exceptional relationship building skills. Previous sales experience or customer service exposure would be beneficial, as would experience in an industrial lab setting, but not essential. A can-do attitude is paramount, with the motivation and ability to succeed in a competitive target driven environment.
