Graduate Sales Support Executive: As a result of impressive, sustained growth a highly organised, commercially focused and enthusiastic graduate with a genuine customer first approach, is required to provide a wide-ranging sales support function to a growing team.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic, fast moving, fully funded Brighton based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business with genuine global potential. Working within the training sector, our client provides the platform for training companies and in-house teams to collect and analyse feedback from the people they train.
Whilst previous workplace experience is not required, a willingness to learn and embrace new ideas is absolutely essential to succeed in this broad, external facing role. All product and industry training will be provided to the candidate that can demonstrate the aptitude required to thrive as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining our client’s reputation for providing exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey.
Duties will include managing in-bound sales enquiries and setting up appointments for prospective customers to talk to one of our client’s sales consultants. In addition, you will provide customer support and help generate new sales enquiries by prospecting on LinkedIn and using a proven email-based approach to lead generation.
To be successful, you will need to:
* Have a customer focused mindset
* Be articulate both in writing and in person
* Show you can listen to constructive feedback and learn fast
* Be quick to learn new software; and with good keyboard skills to maximise your productivity
* Use LinkedIn and other resources to identify people/companies of interest.
* Be able to follow a well-defined sales process with attention to detail
* Have the drive to put the customer at the heart of everything you do
* Be highly organised and rigorous
