PURPOSE

Reporting to NBS Manager as part of the Finance team in charge of all the activities related to bonus / incentives management, payments and related reconciliations.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Implement processes and controls related to the discounts approval, communication & payment activities.

* Act as a reference point for discount related processes between the Commercial Departments, Fleet Controlling and the Incentive Management Team

* Assist NBS Manager with creating/controlling schemes in the New Bonus System

* To assist the NBS Manager with validations and checks on bonus payments to dealers

* To check and validate retailer queries and reply to them in a professional and efficient manner either by phone, email or through IOS.

* Provide retailers/internal customers with adhoc reports from the NBS System

* Grant full reconciliation of the Promo Finance, Volume related Bonus & Motability Discounts and answer any related queries.

* Undertake other duties as assigned by NBS Manager
