Job Title: Graduate Sales Executive

As a premier UK Telecoms Company, our client delivers long-term support with their sector specialists and relationship teams across the UK. They’re looking for hungry graduates to further enhance the pace of their already rapid growth.

The successful candidate will embody a consultative approach. You’ll begin internally, versing yourself in the company’s offering and industry they operate in. In conducting market research you’ll strategically identify new business by performing client outreach. The Graduate Sales Executive will be responsible for a 360 sales cycle – they’ll be responsible for every part of the end to end cycle. Engaging with clients on a face to face basis, you’ll develop rapport confidently to bring in new clients!

Graduate Sales Executive Responsibilities:

Learn about the company and develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace you operate in
Conduct market research to strategically identify and contact prospective clients
As you progress, engage with clients in the field, negotiating, closing deals and managing relationships with them
Cultivate your own client base
Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects to deliver required and agreed upon sales targets
Develop relationships with the view to booking meetings, which you will then attend to engage, negotiate and close business with customers
Graduate Sales Executive Package:

A competitive basic salary of £22,000
OTE of £25k
