The Recruitment Process:
After I submit your CV you will be required to complete a “One Way Video Interview” Where you will be asked competency-based questions and need to record your answer. This is non-negotiable so you MUST be willing to complete this task in order to apply.
From here you will have 2 Face to face interviews which will also include a more physics based test to gain an understanding of your ability to pick up the more technical aspects of this role
The company has dedicated Technical Engineers looking after the more technical side of this role so you will not need to be an Engineer, however you will need to be able to understand the basics of how things work (electro-mechanical)
