An expanding family focused business based in Castleford is looking to recruit a new permanent Sales Administrator to join the team. They are looking for graduates to join the team.
The business is incredibly well established and has some long-term staff members working within the business who share a huge amount of knowledge with the sales team.
As a Sales Administrator, the main purpose of the role will be to deal with inbound customer calls and undertake sales admin tasks. The role will involve:
Dealing with customer calls and queries
Process sales orders correctly
Upsell on orders where possible or amend rates if there is a better deal
Provide quotes for customers
Processing payments on the portal system
Process credits where required
This role requires an individual who can multi task and prioritise. The roles are varied but busy.
Excellent telephone communication and manner is also required as you will be dealing with volumes of customers daily.
For the right person, this role is an entry level to develop a long-standing career within a growing business.
The salary is competitive between 24 and 25k
Working hours: 8.30 – 5 (45 min lunch)
Holidays start at 22 plus Bank Holidays but will increase by 1 every year up to 28 days.

The role is fully based in the office in Normanton.
