Are you a graduate and strong with administration, organization and want to work in a leading professional services organization in a recruitment focused role? This firm is looking for applicants with a minimum 6 months experience from working in a fast-paced and accountable environment, preferably with recruitment knowledge, be it from agency or a similar in-house position, be it a law firm, bank, etc. however this isn’t essential as strong education will be equally as important. Our client is a leading and award winning US law firm housed in stunning offices and they are in the position of hiring a new Legal Recruitment Coordinator to support the Attorney Recruitment team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities will include liaising with Partners with regard to interviews, greeting candidates, collating interview feedback, issuing offer letters/paperwork to new joiners, setting up and updating all new joiner and leaver checklists, arranging induction programmes for all new Attorney joiners in conjunction with all other support departments, requesting references and collating pre-screening checks for all new joiners, tracking all Attorney probations, assisting with visa renewals for all existing staff and new joiners, issuing quarterly reminders to all Attorneys regarding their CPD compliance statues, tracking all lateral applications on the firmwide database and producing monthly reports tracking recruitment across the international offices.
