Graduate Relationship Manager (Account Officer) – London

Eden Brown Synergy are working in partnership with an NHS organisation that develops and manages collaborative procurement projects on behalf of its members. Directly responsible to the Head of Account Management you will lead on category specific engagements with customers to increase existing spend across the entire companies workstreams including bespoke solutions. This is an exciting time to join as the company has designed a new vision and strategy that better responds to their customers achieving maximum value and savings in the current challenging climate. This allows enhanced customer service and engagement, category management, bespoke solutions and supplier relationships.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Masters level graduate to begin their career, as support and training will be given to help you settle into this role.
Your new role as Relationship Manager:
As the Relationship Manager you will play a vital role in the business success of the company, supporting on providing better engagement and business intelligence as well as developing existing and business intelligence as well as developing new business opportunities, agreeing savings and revenue targets. You will work across all category experts, other departments, and the customer team to ensure that members requirements are met with a well-considered approach in line with the customer journey and business strategy. You will ensure to highlight business and service critical customer and competitor information and will input into developing resolution strategies with category experts ensuring continued service improvement and competitive edge.
The Experience & Qualifications Required:
Outstanding customer management skills especially communication skills. You will also have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and be willing to learn.
