We have an immediate requirement for a graduate Recruitment Researcher to be trained into research, resourcing and headhunting for the Environmental industry. We are seeking articulate, problem solving, mentally agile individuals who can search extensive lists and databases for skilled and qualified candidates in niche, environmental, sustainability, renewable energy and climate change related roles.

Full training is provided to build your skills to identify, contact and notwork candidates for UK's leading design consultancies. Duties for the role will involve, advertising available positions, marketing suitable candidates and offering recruitment support to clients and candidates for some of the most prestigious engineering companies in the UK.
Ideally candidates will have some business to business commercial experience, however a degree in Business Management, Finance, science or engineering can be considered.
