Salary: £22k-£24k (OTE £35k uncapped)

Initially joining as a resourcer, you will gain invaluable knowledge and training in the market before naturally progressing into a consultant role within 6 months. Conduct initial screening & interview processes for candidates over the phone
Help candidates prepare for interviews
Building lasting relationships with candidates & clients
