The clients specialise in finding top tier talent for an extensive client base, covering all the aspects of tech; Sales/Pre-Sales, Marketing and Professional services. You will automatically be placed into a client facing role, as getting to know your clients will be of paramount importance.
It is an exciting time for this client as they look to continue their rapid growth over the next financial year. Already operating internationally, this is a great opportunity for the right graduate to build their recruitment career in the technology sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prospecting and Pre-screening candidates
* Building your own and company network
* Relationship and rapport building with prospective clients via calls, meetings, emails and LinkedIn work
* Calls are very focused around research – clients must be very well-qualified before targeting
* Meetings to be booked with clients & candidates
