We have a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join the team in one of our beautiful Mumbles offices' where you will receive a robust training programme to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for many duties including
Screening and profiling candidates.
Calling a portfolio of clients to win business.
Advert writing.
Guiding candidates through interview processes.
Supporting fee negotiations.
Work towards hitting daily, weekly & monthly KPI's.Requirements:
Candidates will be Degree qualified and you should be a commercially minded individual, keen to get your recruitment career started!
