The role
The successful Graduate Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for the following:
Assessing job specs and creating adverts
Qualifying and screening candidates over the phone and through video
Building and maintaining a network of clients and candidates
Taking clients through the Vantage Consulting Client Journey
Gaining specialist market information and leverage to grow market share

We are looking for someone driven, personable and with an entrepreneurial mindset. If you have a customer service or sales experience this would be beneficial, however not essential.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
Excellent communication skills
Time management
Experience working towards targets
