The Role: This is your opportunity to build a long and successful career, working at the top of your game and earning big. Starting as a trainee Recruitment Consultant, you focus on sourcing both clients and candidates across multiple digital platforms. This involves finding suitable leads on LinkedIn, head hunting on company websites and internal databases. Training will be delivered consistently by the Directors of the company and senior staff to ensure you progress quickly and efficiently with your career. As you progress with the company, you can start to specialise in Business Development or as an Account Manager & Delivery Consultant. Working towards your first promotion and pay-rise three months into your role, expect to be specialising with clients at the sixth months mark and working with fees north of 40K.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attending weekly client meetings, both in the UK and other international cities

• Qualifying and meeting candidates

• Sourcing the top tier talent for an extensive client base

• Building your own and company network

• Prospecting new business

The Package:

• £20k basic

• £2.5k pay rise after first promotion (normally at 3 months), then another around 6 months.

• £44,000 year 1 OTE (UNCAPPED)
